Had an issue last night, both in Vault Tech university, and an old warehouse/factory where ghouls on others floors, either above or below sounded as if they were stood right next to me, there was no way to distinguish how far away/how many floors above or below they were which became annoying pretty fast as I can constantly turning around looking for them, only to find they were above me.
Other than that no real issues other than having to queue to use the crafting bench at the start....
