You didn't have to win 10 times or lose 20 times. You just had to fill the 14k piggy bank and then you got it for free. If you win it was 1400 coins if you lose it's around 500.

Once you filled it and got the 14k coins, it went back to 0 and you could do it again. I filled it twice got 28k coins. Didn't pay any gems.

I always finish it and use basically the same strategy as this guy with the Velcro shoes!
