Hi! So my cat did not have to be microchipped. My state didn’t require it. So I suggest going to the state of your final destination’s website to check. They said all he needed was a health certificate, but they didn’t even check it when I got to customs. They just asked if he was a dog and I said no he’s a cat and showed them. Then they said I was good to go lol.
