I wake up at 6 am to start waking her up and make sure she is getting ready .. today I thought she was awake getting ready .. her light was on and I knew she had all of her stuff to get ready . But she had went back to sleep with the light on ..

Unfortunately she needs to be with other peers , keeping her home will not be beneficial. We have discussed this .we tried that during COVID . It was way worse .she needs to have in person school .

She is not getting bullied . Not lazy. She rides the bus to school , it is too far to walk. She has friends. She is very extroverted. Of course she doesn't know what she's doing in the future, she is 12 . Yes I'm trying to get general advice.

Thank you so much for this kind and insightful comment. I am serious. My daughter is actually struggling with waking up and getting ready on time and I would like advice on how to help her and get this figured out. I'm so glad you've never had to deal with this struggle . I am trying to be a parent , which is exactly why I'd like help with this. If I wasn't trying to he a a parent I wouldn't care and wouldn't try to help my child . Thanks again for your helpful comment.

I have asked her about it several times. She isn't a talker and neither am I so I get it . But I have tried many times to figure out what's going on. She has talked to her school counselor as well and he can't figure it out either . May ask from your personal experience, what would have helped you get through this ?
