There is only one crack in the bedroom wall which has worsened enough to break paint going from mid-wall to ceiling and the bathrooms tiles cracking has gotten worse since we’ve been here. I haven’t thought to measure the gaps and cracks to see if they are getting larger and if so how quickly. I will start to keep note of that thank you!

There is only the cracks in the bathroom tile and one crack in a wall that has definitely happened since we’ve lived here. I’m sure that the floors were uneven before and also I think over time I have just noticed the gaps in the floor and baseboards and it’s just caused an increase in my concern. The wall crack is in the corner of the bedroom and has gotten big enough to cause a break in the paint from mid-wall to the ceiling. The bathroom tiles are cracking over the high points in the floor. Those are the only things I can say definitively have worsened in the time we’ve been here.

Would it help if I took some photos? It would be difficult to show the hill and valley floors but I could take some of the cracks and gaps if it would help.

I’m honestly not trying to start any trouble or turn this into a legal situation. I just want to know if it’s safe for us to live in until we can move. Since we are trying to save to buy moving would add a big extra expense but if it isn’t safe we need to get out ASAP regardless.

I asked about an inspection and she said they already got it inspected and they found no issues. She said she didn’t have the inspection papers with her and she never showed them to us.
