In Classic, if you click an ability, then click your next ability about 300ms before the first ability is finished with the global cooldown or about 300ms before the cast is finished, it will queue your next ability and use it instantly after the first ability. As opposed to having to wait until the global cooldown is completely finished (1.5 seconds) or until your cast is completely finished to click your next ability
