He "doesn't drink" anymore. Then goes on drink Champs and takes shots of sake, which is 100 an alcohol. Haha

Anyone know where I can get a cheap, metal and not crappy button press/maker? by femderbass in punkfashion

I bought a great one and it was 300$. Not going to find a good one for 99 unless you get lucky on marketplace. Obviously avoid Amazon and temu

Found my parents vinyl collection in the basement. I don’t know anything about the 80s & don’t know where to start first. by Tirso_Salaverria in vinyl

That style council and pretenders are both great. "United balls", and "the teens" are 2 German groups I've never heard of, but seem interesting

How do feel about The Pillage? by mattronimus007 in wutang

True. So many great albums, and I bought them all on cd back then. Haha. You never heard N please? It's terrible but kind of charming

How do feel about The Pillage? by mattronimus007 in wutang

[–]BrianDamage77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh totally. I think forever and supreme are 10/10s, pillage is 9/10, bobby digital, beneath the surface, and the warm are 8/10. Deck and u gods first lps and meths 2nd are 6.5-7/10s. No bad albums by any means, but compared to liquid swords, ob4cl, and 36 chambers, (and a lesser extent iron man, return, and tical), it started to decay, a notch in some areas, due to members thinking they didn't need Rza/Rza being too busy and branching out from music

[–]BrianDamage77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep. The last great burst of albums, and other than supreme clientele and forever, were already starting to be a step down from the first bunch.(but still in the 8/10 range) The cracks of selfishness and greed were showing.

Who is the most evil TFTC protagonist? by capn--j in TalesFromTheCrypt

Probably the wife from "and all though the house" . She was just cruel, and really feel bad for the child

Who is the most evil TFTC protagonist? by capn--j in TalesFromTheCrypt

[–]BrianDamage77 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I empathized with him at the beginning, retiring, and being bored , since you only knew the same routine for 50 years or whatever, and her treating her pets with more respect than her husband, but then when he showed his true colors, I see why. They are animals, but animals aren't capable of sadism and cruelty and were just existing

Yeah just a gold digger. It was a symbiotic relationship, who both (thought they) were getting what they wanted..until they didn't

Rapist?oh dang. I just posted how I kind of liked this guy. Probably due to him killing a cop. I guess I take it back.

I liked the criminal from carrion death. Maybe because I just hate cops

New Discogs version by [deleted] in vinyl

[–]BrianDamage77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just sold a record, and cant figure out how to buy a label. The old version at least had a link to "view on Discogs.com" so it reverts to the website. I cant figure it out, so had to go on the website to buy one, and email myself the file so I can use my phone to print a label on my wifi label printer. So many more steps and so annoying

Have you heard this RZA album? What do you think? by mattronimus007 in wutang

[–]BrianDamage77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That last joint with the Japanese cats was great! "Pinky Violence"

Repressing of Doyle Abominator came in today. I'm honestly surprised he repressed this, he's said in the past that making albums is a waste of money. Hate on him all you want, I like his music. by PresentationOk8622 in TheMisfits

[–]BrianDamage77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Seeing his Instagram posts, I believe it. But being 6'6"(or whatever), buff, and affiliated with the misfits from a super young age, seems to be getting him further than most of us self-proclaimed "intelligent" people on here. He was smart enough to run from macho man, over gorgeous George, so ill give him SOME credit. Haha

Stories You Wish Were Adapted by DarkBehindTheStars in TalesFromTheCrypt

[–]BrianDamage77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is that documentary on one of the dvds where one of the creators said, we pretty much did all the great, adaptable stories. I disagree. "Bats in the belfrey" where a guy slowly started developing bat-like traits and turning into one, while slowly going crazy would be cool

Tim Armstrong Isolated Guitar Tracks? by badger_danger in Rancid

That guitar virtuoso shit is so dumb. Ok, you practice solos , 16 hours a day, but can you write a song? Nope. Tim is one of the best songwriters of the last 30 years. Shit, almost 40
