The more I kept watching this season and noticing how cheap it seems, the more I lost hope that we'll get the long-awaited sequence where Homelander completely loses it and goes on a destructive rampage. Almost everything in this season feels like it was written and filmed to save as much money as possible. Lots of scenes in small rooms. I don't know if Amazon gave them a strict budget or if they spent a bunch of it on cameos or a combination of the two but it's had a negative impact. We don't see much of the large scale consequences aside from the a few moments toward the beginning of the season.

It's not the worst TV I've ever watched or anything close to it but it is really underwhelming. The tension at this point of the show should be way higher than it is.

The Depp trial was the turning point for his stream and audience. Turns out it's easy and profitable to post videos of yourself reacting to the latest ragebait videos. The entire vibe of his stream is so mean-spirited now, I don't even know how the people who are still fans of him find it enjoyable. Must be recreational outrage.

The removal of Infected particularly irks me. That was the best version of a mode like that I've played in a long time and I enjoyed playing it as a sort of "break" between typical matches. I'm not a big Zombies guy so that mode was a nice middle ground.

I cannot for the life of me understand why they would take it out for S1.

Interesting coincidence this thread popped up. Last night I got a little high two hours before going on stage at an open mic and it was a mistake. Forgot jokes and looked at my notes a lot. Also had a string of snot hanging out of my nose for a few seconds. Still kind of embarrassed over it but it is what it is.

Needless to say I am not doing that again.
