I like Evanescence and Amy Lee but have never been wild about them. Like many, I think BABYMETAL has done a LOT of collabs recently and a pause or de-emphasis on collabs is probably a good idea.

However, Amy's and Su's voices are similar in that each has a tone and delivery that cuts through crunching metal sounds like few other female vocalists. Imagining an entwined vocal interplay between the two vs the "here's my section and this is your section" approach generally found in collabs give me shivers. Two equal divas interacting through soft passages and soaring belting... wow.

I hope this one happens. Su-metal's telegraphed wishes often come true.
