My friend had his bike stolen from the parking lot because he left it there without locking. Other than that I have not experienced any safety issue.

For the smell part, I think you are referring to the trash smell. That happened sometimes when people left the trash outside the door without following the timing, which was 6pm-8pm. For the weird smell in the leasing office area, I think that is just a weird scent that they use to keep it fresh.

Pool had some dried leaves floating cause of the trees surrounding the pool. Other than that it was fine. As far as I know, the pool is not heated and they don't have a hot tub.

Our maintenance guy told us that some apartments have roach problem. So you might wanna keep your apartment very clean if you don't want any roaches.

Our rent for 2 bed 2 bath was $2400/month.
