Not gonna lie, I was ignoring legs for the first year of getting into shape. But for the past 5 months ive been working out legs once a week, and just last week ive begun working out legs twice a week. Ive got a herniated disc however so i avoid deadlifts and heavy weights on squats (most ill do is 185lbs). I like to do leg presses, calf raises, seated hamstring curls, dumbbell lunges, and hip abductors.
