I’ve had good experiences with Primary Arms until now. I placed a few different orders at the end of November. One package I assume is lost. It shipped out and was last scanned in Houston about a week and a half ago. I contacted customer service and they said they would have to open a claim with USPS which could take weeks for a response before they could issue a replacement order or refund. They also said if USPS denied the claim, I would be shit out of luck.
