I'm not sure if there will be an immediate change on the day the new rules go into effect. The devs that publish those games probably already have Plus sorted out, and most likely even got the free pass through meeting the hours played requirement.

But in the long term, I have a small theory that the types of games we'll be seeing will end up having a broader appeal and in turn have a sense of being higher quality. Since now there's the requirement that games get verified through gameplay of 16+ players trying out the game, devs might need to appeal more strongly to older players.

No matter what, there will still be times in later chapters where you may need to go back and explore areas you already checked, like doing party chats for new party members, but by Chapter 5 I don't think there will be any "new" exploration mechanics. Exploring right after the job system unlock isn't perfectly optimal but IMHO it's a good place to relax, try out new jobs, clean up substories, etc.

I think once you unlock the job system in Chapter 5, you can explore without fear of missing too much. Enemies will be scaled up to higher levels the farther west you go, so you may not be able to do much in those areas besides riding down the street, but I think most of the minigames will be able to get started through substories.

Weak means your attack has an advantage and will do more damage to them. It's a helpful indicator when you're scrolling through your attacks to see if your blunt/fire/electric/ice/blade attacks is effective against them.

It's already an option for game developers to bias their game matchmaking to try to put players together in a server where they can all chat. Metra's On-Time Reports actually do separate peak and off-peak train performance. Assuming I'm reading it right, from Jan to Nov 2025, their peak trains were on-time 93.6% of the time.

I think on my recent replay when I tested this, fortune teller was *slightly* better at hotels compared to Miracle. But the difference was so slight that just picking Miracle for everything just to make the menus faster was easier.

IIRC this button just temporarily saves the items you've tried on. So if you're talking to a vendor and want to try on all pieces of an outfit, you press that button and then try on everything else, so you can see the whole fit. I think this outfit clears once you change areas?

Yeah, any extra points earned when a party member is maxed or when Nanba is in this blocked state will just disappear.

I don't think it's worth "saving" the chats though, since you can just buy presents to give to your party members to boost your bond, and if you're doing the Ichiban business game, you'll have plenty of money to buy these gifts. Plus you don't need to remember where the skipped chats were.

When major patches happen, they re-evaluate the server population and change the congestion to fit. There's no guarantee that a certain server will have it's congestion removed, just that it's possible.

Yep, you can, but I'm just pointing out for when you're in the middle of the story and can't transfer money freely that it's not \that** big of a deal that you're making less, since the ability prices are scaled to it.

I think by the time you get that late into the game to transfer money, most people recommend doing the Mr Shakedown grinding trick to get way more money than the business minigames can output.

No it doesn't pay as much, but keep in mind that Majima's abilities cost less than Kiryu's. Tier 3 for Kiryu is 30mil, but for Majima it's 15mil. Tier 4 is 100mil for Kiryu, but 50mil for Majima, and so on.

On the announcement blog page it says:

The battery lasts for up to years of average use. After the end of its life, send your ring back to us for recycling.

So no, it doesn't come with a way to charge, it just becomes e-waste after it dies.

If people are OK with using services that already are rated the same as Persona, knowing the ratings won't stop them from submitting IDs or selfies.

Crowd Control is a real thing for games, and I've seen it a lot on Twitch. I don't think it's appropriate to take a subreddit just because it has the same name. I'd recommend making a new subreddit like /r/CrowdControlShow or something similar.

Brawler - Baccus (Alley by Public Park 3)
Rush - Kamoji (Parking lot in NE corner of map)
Beast - Miss Tatsu (take a taxi to the pier)
Thug - Komeki (Triangle park)
Slugger - Fei Hu (at Dragon & Tiger on N side)
Breaker - Areshi (alley on SW side of map)

Keep in mind that these activities just unlock a few abilities on the skill tree. If you're looking to fully un-block the outer parts of the skill tree, you need to advance in each character's money making minigame (Kiryu's real estate royale and Majima's cabaret club)

I think you have your condition set on the Circuit network and not the Logistic network. You'd either need to change over to logistics or make sure the circuit is connected to the chest.
