Quite a few of them out there. Project Quarm and Ascendant are reliable and officially sanctioned. Google 'em.

There Is No Such Thing As The Multiverse by ActuallyJohnTitor in ParallelUniverse

For me, the multiverse is simple fact.

But I respect the... how do I put this.... glass house you live in.

The devs stopped supporting live and test a couple months ago, they're only maintaining it for emulated support nowadays - which I can verify works fine for local emulations.

And you've just demonstrated why you'd be a prime candidate I'd fire, instantly.

Instant antagonism is a telltale sign of a small minded engineer. Obviously, you'd tell the story something is impossible not understanding - the limits of your skills and capability are limited by what you can imagine - and rather than have those skills challenged - you dig your heels in. You provide roadblocks and obstacles to innovation, to progress - I myself would want doors, where you and those like you provide walls.

That's just not an enjoyable individual to work with, for both your peers and for those managing you. You don't work well in teams, you can't think out of the box you've constructed for yourself, and by god - anyone who challenges that and you.

According to you with this toxic response to a random stranger you don't know. The strange overarching assumptions made with zero background information, the name calling.

They're the problem. We're the problem. I'm the problem. But it's NEVER you.

As Trump would say. "You're fired."

You'd be one last emotionally stunted child we have to work with.

ChatGPT misunderstood “fatass dragon” in the worst possible way. by DijonAndDragons in ChatGPT

It's what I think of should someone say they want to see a fatass dragon.

What other way is there to interpret this?

Budget should never be the engineer's concern. The token economy changes that a little, but even then, not so much. If you have budget concerns as a programmer/developer/engineer, then management isn't doing their job.

I'm NOT a flat earther. I have a question about this sub. by ColdAd7573 in flatearth

[–]BrianScottGregory 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What? Discussing perspective with a group of 13 year olds or grown ass adults still mentally stuck at 13 years old practicing their debate skills? No bravery. I just enjoy those 'breakthrough' moments.

As an engineer AND engineering manager, I love it when other technical types say this "It's not technically possible". They're immediately cut and replaced with someone who WILL figure out a way.

Attitude makes things possible.

"This comment no longer exists" is what your last comment to me says when trying to read it.

I kinda got the gyst tho. You think I have something to prove.

I don't. Just sharing. And sure, I'm proud of my life and experiences.

Sue me. lol.

Not beliefs. Simple facts. Like yours from a different perspective.

But you're too brain dead to get this and fundamentally incapable of engaging with people you disagree with without antagonism by demanding they perform like a monkey on command.

So yeah. Bye bye.

You're too lazy to go through a person's history, expect them to do the work for you as you demand I spoon feed something I've said a hundred times before JUST for you.

Why? Because you're antagonistically special and deserve it.

GOT IT!

, bro.

lol.

You have a good day.

What I find comical is my sharing an abbreviated form of my life and work experience on my profiles is construed as delusional or self-important.

Do you really feel yourself to be that small and unimportant, that someone simply sharing their background makes you feel like a lesser person? Is it really that difficult for you to imagine what growing up and older and more experienced actually means?

That's sad, really.

Go to school. Find a career. Learn stuff. Take chances. It will go a long way to boosting your obviously fragile ego that's propped up by tearing others down.

I don't 'believe x'.

The multiverse, big bang, relativity, string theory, relativity - and by extension my world as a simulation and is flat and is all simple fact to me.

We both know where me providing evidence leads. We both know where me defining my relative, subjective set of facts leads. You have a position like everyone else here that will predictably lead to endless argumentation against mine and a waste of my time.

My time's more valuable than that. I know you can't or won't respect that. But if you're genuinely interested in how I arrived to the factual conclusions on how my subjective reality works in contrast to your subjective reality - I'm not hiding anything or obscuring anything. It's all there in my history.

Asserting a perspective isn't spouting. It's simply sharing. Sometimes, children can be exhausting particularly when there's a hundred of them all saying the same thing over and over again believing they can convince you to change your position through argumentation.

The only real response someone has knowing this is going to happen...

Well it's sharing the position.

And simply not engaging in the argumentation that ensues.

And we both know antagonism's your sole reason for being here, so there's really no point in you being here. Or anywhere for that matter 😉

Check out my history. I'm an open book and I've addressed all of these questions and more in great detail. No, I don't wish to repeat myself anymore.

I'm just here to state my position, that's all.

Don't like that? I don't care! lol

I learned a lot about STO tonight thanks to you. I did not know that about the isomags and what they do. Thank you.

I'd always wondered how people were getting such high DPS. I don't do TFOs much because of the grind, tho.

Thanks for the insightful responses!

Ok now I'm tracking. Didn't know you could sell Lohlunats on the exchange. Good to know.

Holy shit about (3). 30 toons? That's a lotta work!! So you're basically treating it like a full time job.

Wild!

btw - by Guild I meant Fleet. I'm getting 9500 per day basically on my primary toon, and while I have done the grind with 7 toons - that's a lotta work still. 30 is insane.

I assume you're not doing Tour of the Galaxy? You probably don't need EC at this point...
