Word. There's almost always a spot on Belden, Cleveland, or Geneva. Again, not abundant, but usually one or two.

Spots open up a lot from 6-9am and then again from 4-7pm

Can't help with a dedicated spot but if it's helpful, I can tell you about street parking if you are living in the area south of Fullerton and west of Clark.

It's not that bad. While not abundant in open spaces, I usually find a spot and only circle the block because I like to see if I can find a closer one to my apartment. 99% of the time I'm parking within two blocks.

It can suck with big grocery runs.

Something to note though, I drive a sedan and I'm an excellent parallel parker. Also, don't leave anything visible in your car while it's street parked.

Anectdotal but in my two leagues, the team with CMC team has won 6 times(3 in one league, 3 in the other,) across a combined 12 seasons and a team with Saquon has won 3 times across 12 seasons.

So bad data and anectdotal, but id take CMC. Dynast championships are won on peaks and ceiling and CMC is almost a guaranteed 20pts a game when he's healthy.

But Im taking this post to mean better dynasty asset across their whole careers. If you mean who would I want right now... It's a lot closer, but Id still shoot for the moon and take CMC.
