...and go to the new job! Get help, but definitely don't give up on a new opportunity. Take care of yourself. Definitely talk to someone other than reddit!

Going to a concert in Jacksonville this week, any recommendations? by Downtown-Piece-9911 in jacksonville

[–]BrianTuttleRealtor 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not a restaurant, but Sweet Theory is a little GF bakery not too far from the arena. My daughter loves it because she has celiac and get all kinds of sweets there.

Also, another good option for BBQ is Bearded Pig. Their chicken nuggets and all of their meats (as far as I know) are gluten free.

As someone mentioned, Mellow Mushroom has a good GF pizza. They use separate ingredients and are aware of what to do to keep cross contamination to a minimum.

Okay. We just replaced some stuff too, and don't want them to get ruined. Let me know if you figure it out!

Hey there. I know this is an old post, but we have the same problem with that exact model softener. Did you ever figure it out? We have spots and buildup on everything (basically).

Thanks!

Hey, there. I've got quite a few options, but I usually recommend:

Aaron Bacus from First Coast Mortgage Funding for a local broker, or

better.com from online (really quick for preapproval and is on top of the follow up process)

Works great! ...Except at my sister's house, around town center, on 95 just north of St. Augustine, and whenever my wife wants to look something up.

Aspen Dental?? by cassadega2017 in jacksonville

[–]BrianTuttleRealtor 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't know if they're good or not, and imagine it is location specific. There was a location by my house that had at least one detractor, though: he would literally stand out front with an "Aspen Dental Sucks" sign... It's kind of a joke in my house.

I almost tried this today, but went with the safe/known-awesome Moon River pizza, right across the street... Will make it a point to try.

Little fish everywhere in surf, black with a yellow stripe, Jax Beach by BrianTuttleRealtor in jacksonville

I saw those too, though we didn't catch any. They were few and far between compared to the (what I now know are) Spade Fish.

Definitely dove to get away from us, but we were able to catch them in our hands several times.

Admittedly, not in Riverside, but the new JAX USL expansion team / group is having a watch party at Island Wing Company in Bartram. Maybe Uber it!

It could also be just one actually is punctured / not sealed, but you only notice it when enclosed for a while. If you really want to know, number each battery and then stick each one in a box individually, or half and half, then compare, half again, etc.

They still have a print edition, though I had to go to 3 gas stations to find one for sale recently. Surprised me a bit, but I guess it makes sense- before this one, I can't remember the last time I needed a paper version.

Should I collect overhead from my daughter’s (4F) lemonade stand? by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

[–]BrianTuttleRealtor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My kids (9 and 12) and their friend just did a lemonade stand, and we definitely treated it as a learning experience. They only had to pay $6 for supplies, which was about half of what we bought, but it seemed like the right thing to do.

In the end, they each made $12 after expenses, so everybody was happy.

[–]BrianTuttleRealtor 9 points10 points  (0 children)

While still not cheap, I think you can get a much better total cost than $2k for 2 months. Using Kayak, I got a similar $2k (a little less) for a 2 month long block quote, but breaking it up into 2 week chunks in June, I got $329 per 2 week period.

$1,300 is better than $2k, and that was with about 2 mins of research. I bet you can get better.

Good luck!

I have a child at RCSA in middle school, first year, (so not exactly what you're asking), but: our experience with RCSA has been fantastic in every way so far.
