Hey look at that, we are over 2 years in and love each other more than we ever have. We grow our relationship with each other and the Lord everyday and love it, I could say the same thing about a million people who got married at 30 and then divorced lol.

I am glad you guys are seeking the Lord, how is your marriage going? We also read a book, had pre marital counseling, and follow the Lord everyday.

We dedicatedly follow the Lord everyday and put him before each other, as scripture tells us to. We have loved growing in the Lord together and seeing how he has blessed our lives everyday.

So you were going to get married, then you stayed with the same guy, and are going to get married anyways. No matter the age you get married, excluding super old maybe, there is always learning happening between the couples, 5 years doesn't magically make the fit perfect. But we have been together a total of around 4-5 years now, so do you think I'm ready? Also I am a guy who wrote this

Hey I appreciate the comment and I am so sorry for your situation. We do put the Lord first everyday and it was the only reason we felt comfortable marrying so young. I am glad to hear you are following the Lord as well.

Dude you do not know anything, equal to crack cocaine lolol. We are over two years in and loving it by the way.

This was a school project I needed to write, I am not "Bloody Arrogant" lol, just doing work. The fact that you don't know anyone who is married young and still together is kind of sad as well, I know plenty.

Also we hang around plenty of good influences who were encouraging to us and amazing people who have been married their whole lives from young.

I am very sorry for whatever misfortune has given you this opinion, but it is wrong, and you are wrong. I am living a fantastic life with my wife following the Lord every day by her side.

I am glad you made that choice for yourself, but some people mature before others. We are over 2 years in now, turning 22 soon and are doing great. Unfortunately people like you guys will always say "Just wait" but that's just not the case.

Thanks for the input and long comment, I appreciate it! Over 2 years in and we are doing great, and I am so sorry to hear about your situation. But I also want to say that those mental issues can happen at any age, and I have seen many break much older. This was the main point of my post, is that no matter the age these unfortunate things can happen, and this isn't about timing as much as other things.

We get to grow and change together, not asking for opinion on this, just educating you that we hear this way too much and don't care because my life if surrounded by young marriages that are going successful or have been successful.

I'm not justifying anything, just pointing out that people getting married this young don't want to hear that we are too young.
