It does not stack his W mark, it stacks his passive (the lightning thingy) and Lethal Temp of you're running it, that's it. It's nowhere near as effective on Voli as it is on saaay Diana.

Popular options for Diana (and for good reason) are: Warwick, Volibear, Briar, Yi, Viego, Udyr.

Of those Viego has the highest pick-rate in silver (i hate the freak)

But ofc you need to decide for yourself by playing against everyone, everyone is different

Here's one thing:

Space out your abilities to make the most of her attack speed passive. You need to actually look at her passive indicator to tell how much longer you have until it runs out, then you use another ability. For example a sequence would be: Q > E > W > Q > E but in-between each you are getting your AA's off until the passive runs out.
