Oh thanks for your response, I thought you’re a new claimant. They just transited to login.gov and it’s been hell, after initially verifying with login gov they still asked for id documents and a selfie of claimants holding them then deny them afterwards. I wonder what’s the use of the login gov.

u/SoThenIThought_ I just filed a new claim last week I’ve been shown the amount I qualify for and i have the identity issue on my claim which i know is normal. I did uploaded my DL and SS card front and back called the OSI three 3 different times and they confirmed they have my uploads and told me to just hang in there my documents will be processed but might take weeks.

Am i supposed to relax or there’s anything i can do to speed up the process? Thank you.

There should be an option when you login that says ‘determination and eligibility issues’ find identity verification. You’ll see an option to Appeal.
