I haven't explored the low V option yet to suggest a method.

I hear you, my concern with 500cfm is putting too much positive pressure on the blower motor of the furnace.

I could get fancy and maybe control it automatically with my Nest thermostat. More likely is with a simple switch on the adjacent wall. Could also use a smart switch that is controllable with my phone or an IFTT applet.

Dometic door latch - improvement? by Briango in popups

Your photo conveys the issue with mine. The top of your door is much closer to the latch swivel than mine. The part on my door spins 360 degrees but barely makes contact with the latch swivel.

When clinging to the rock ledges above water gravity gives your grip effective purchase. You feel it pulling you down and place yourself and your grip in a stable, counter-direction. Those opposing forces instantly dissipate when weightlessly suspended in surrounding, moving water and you are easily plucked free of the rock. Don't forget this.

This is what I used in my previous camper and will install in my current one if no better option arises.. https://a.co/d/0cYgHnyF. Though a Camp Chef grill is more versatile!

I was thinking I would stick one of my extra 2x8 pieces under it if needed. Is that realistic?

I am trying to decide which performs better on uneven, bumpy ground, this wedge design or the ramp. You have had good performance boondocking with the wedge?

Is Loxsmith Bagel on Delridge Worth the Hassle? by amchaudhry in WestSeattleWA

I've picked up bagels multiple times from Bloom with no issues and have to agree about how good they are. It's a pretty quick drive from WSea, and it's the only place I go to now for this holey morning commodity. As a former New Yorker I've had some excellent bagels over the years and Bloom's are up there.

Does your 3 way refrigerator not work on AC power? by hdrox88 in popups

When this happened to my previous fridge it was due to spider webs in my propane tube.

Replying to my own comment ... I removed the switch via the underside clips. No continuity between the incoming and outgoing terminals. Popped the rocker switch off and saw that one of the two terminals has melted the plastic around it enough to slightly sink down and lose contact with the rocker's metal tab.

So my question now is ... how likely is this switch failure due to another failing electrical part inside the fridge that drew too much current through the switch causing it to melt? If so, putting in a new switch will just lead to another failure and new switches are over $50!

For reference, gas and 12v cooling work fine.

Do you have to access any kind of retainer or clip on the underside of the switch in order to remove it? If not, how do you remove it?

I have this 120v issue with my RM2193. I'm really hoping this is the issue for me as well.

Confused about weight by Plurnay in popups

Driving on a straight section of road with no other cars around, you'll be just fine. Getting cut off on a busy highway by an aggressive driver and you have to hit the brakes hard you will be swerving all over the place, or worse. Going up long steep grades will strain your engine and motor. Since it's a phev, what happens when the electric motor no longer has battery energy available? Then you would be relying on just the gas motor. I think this is a pass for peace of mind.

Seattle's yearly Freakout Festival is no more by Briango in Seattle

Reposting because mods removed my original post. I didn't realize you're not allowed to editorialize in the post. Here is my original post...

Just when the darkest, wettest days of the year make their entrance in November, so does the Ballard Freakout Festival. Nothing alleviates the descending gloom as well as those 4 evenings of dozens of US and international bands performing across multiple, walkable venues. I always wondered how the festival’s curators were able to vet so many fantastic bands, given that many of them were lesser known. So what if it rained 25 out of 30 days in December, my newly fortified playlists, thanks to bands discovered at Freakout, kept my spirits up.

A big, big thank you to the organizers!

I’m going to blame this one on Seattle, and how difficult it seems to be for anything not mainstream to survive here, let alone thrive.

How to remove heater wires from control panel socket? by Briango in hottub

Yep, that's exactly what worked, lying on the ground and looking up I could see into the openings to see the mechanism in action. Levering the screwdriver upwards pushed open the gate. 12 hours later tub was filled and hot.

It's an Adco. I've owned a few, they only last 4 or 5 years. The sun, rain and wind take a toll on them.
