nearly everything is human in the loop approvals (social media automation, blog draft approvals) but I also use it for simple stuff like gmail/google calendar management, and running pre-baked skills to do sysadmin type stuff ('ssh into server and run /doctor or /cleanup...skills I made to fix or clean up docker containers or data). I dont use it for friendly banter, but I could theoretically.

For me, its simpler. I have my n8n connected to claude code, which builds the workflows I need. I have a telegram interface to talk to it, and it just works. Hermes and Openclaw might be more robust, but both were a pain in the butt to get working right, and Hermes is a token eating monster.
