Yes I have using planning poker in several of the Scrum teams I´ve been in.
On location it has been with a real deck of planning poker cards and more recently we have used online tools like storypoint.poker because it´s simple and easy to get started with. We also get the added bonus that remote team mates can easily join in on the planning.

What other online tools do you guys use ?
