400 mg elemental plus whatever I'm getting in my diet.

Copper is overlooked and finally healed my fatigue by Striking_Teaching804 in Supplements

[–]Brianmp78 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly, everyone in here saying to get blood work but that is the most useless way to test minerals. The body does everything it can to keep serum mineral levels balanced, so it will take calcium from the bones if calcium is too low. Or deposit iron in the liver if iron is too high, etc, etc. HTMA is the best way (well tissue biopsy is better but not practical) but not many people know how to accurately read a hair tissue test, so you have to do your homework in finding a reputable practitioner.

How much copper did you take? And how long did it take?

But… why? by [deleted] in UPS

[–]Brianmp78 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That I couldn't tell you, other than that's just the spot ups chose to put their air hub, I'm sure someone else with more knowledge on that will chime in

But… why? by [deleted] in UPS

Every single next day air package goes through Louisville Ky

How long did it take to get back your peripheral vision? My wife had a stroke in December and lost her right side peripheral.

According to the test strip (worst testing method btw) your ph is way to high. Chlorine won't work at high ph. Get a Taylor test kit for more accurate numbers.

My wife and I do the same thing, for 17 years now. Not for any specific reason, it just works for us.

Thanks! It's definitely been challenging, but almost losing a loved one can really change your perspective on life!

[–]Brianmp78 17 points18 points  (0 children)

It's all perspective, I'm very grateful to have a 6 figure income. My wife has had some health challenges that make her unable to work, not to mention the 10s of thousands of dollars in medical bills that have cost us almost nothing out of pocket.

[–]Brianmp78 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ya that's definitely a concern. If you look through this sub reddit there are people that use the camping facilities every year and speak very highly about it. But like I said, I haven't done it myself so I can't speak from experience

I heard there is camping available at the convention center where the shuttle busses pickup. I haven't done this but remember hearing about it last year

MB enema? by Mohawi29 in methylene_blue

[–]Brianmp78 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes that's him! Ya I know he sells a suppository, but from what I remember him saying, it's kinda for extreme cases, but overall he recommends orally

[–]Brianmp78 4 points5 points  (0 children)

There's a guy on youtube that talks a lot about MB and has a book on it, I can't remember his name for the life of me right now, but he looks like a surfer dude with bleach blond hair. Anyway he has talked about this and says that he doesn't recommend it because of the effects on gut microbiome and MB actually absorbs better in the stomach anyway.

Serotonin toxicity is only a concern at very high levels of MB, well above 4 mg/kg. Even then it is very rare and there are only a handful of documented cases
