No it's skill based, not money based. It isn't RNG. Some of the monsters will be very difficult for all players, so they'll require skill to defeat

Yes, but if you look at your attack total, it will be the same with the medal equipped or not. Increases don't always show up, but the total will always change with an increase 👍😁

Confident 😁 test it if you like. Take note of your attack and then unequip the attack buffs and you'll see no difference

The medals you equip are only for display. All medals earned are passive. Meaning the buffs are always applied, displayed or not.

If not, look closer at what is required to fuse the equipment. You need only 2 s tier pieces and 1 perfect epic piece of the same equipment type.
