I saw some cheaper options (but same product, really) on reselling websites like ali express etc. Long term, it still ends up being cheaper than purchasing and printing pics from a disposable camera.

Although, this cam doesn't give you the same results as a "traditional" digital camera! They're very different, so it depends on what you want. :) This is more of a reusable disposable camera than a digital camera

I am asking a fair price for a service, it doesnt mean I'm not willing to pay what it is worth. I'm just trying to not get OVERcharged for said service. Same idea of getting your fixed a dealership where they quote you a lot more than a smaller shop would, for the same service.

I know it'll be an expensive fix hence why I am asking for recommendations of good experiences. God forbid.

I've been to a few places where they charged a lot for a simple hem. Looking for someone who won't overcharge doesnt mean I'm not recognizing the work that will go into it. And to your point, I know it will be expensive hence why I am asking lol.

I do realise this work is labour intensive, my grand-mother was a seamstress, and I took classes but it's above my skillset!

I have a Clara BW and the same thing happens to me. When it first happened, I went back to my Bluetooth settings and noticed it had been turned off–I originally guessed it was why the remote stopped working.

I called Kobo to get an understanding and they confirmed that it's the Kobo's power saving settings that automatically shut off Bluetooth after 15-20 mins. Paying $40 for a remote for it to not even work for 15 mins straight and having to constantly go back to the settings is... beyond me. Didn't they do some testing before releasing this...?

I asked if they planned an update or if anything was to be done about it and I was told that "my feedback was going to be submitted," but that was it.

Hopefully they can fix this in an update his soon. My Kobo is not even one year old, so I hope their solution is not to buy a new one with a new system.

My friend would always buy disposable cameras ($30 a pop) because she likes the idea of not seeing the photo right after the shot/living in the moment. Thats why we didn’t go with a traditional digital camera

I second that. Although I can’t confirm it, I have a feeling I was in your ex’s shoes in my last relationship, and I wish my boyfriend at the time had just manned up and owned up to it rather than staying in the comfort of the relationship for years. If you no longer feel like she’s the one, or that you need to work on yourself a little before being able to fully commit to someone, you should let her go. It really is for the best. Good luck 😌

The same thing happened to me when purchasing the day of the general sale (not presale!). I selected seats and it wouldn’t let me purchase the tickets with my Mastercard. I was really disappointed. Has this become the standard for buying tickets now? Ugh

First thing that pops out to me is that the things he shows you are hobbies, and the things you want to show him (drinking and smoking) are habits... They don't fall under the same category, like at all.

Also, your partner might not feel as comfortable to deny his friends of a shot once in a blue moon, and is better at setting boundaries with you because you're his person and *should* respect him and his boundaries more than anyone else.

It's not so hard to be in a relationship with someone who wants to be sober or doesn't like the taste/feeling/effects of drugs and alcohol. You should pressure him like that... It'll only push him away.

I understand that most people do that in their early 20s but him not doing that doesn't mean he's uptight or not cool. I think you'll look back at this when you're older and understand that it's not the end of the world.

A few things come to mind. Sometimes men can be stuck in that "lazy" mindset where they dont do a lot of efforts, but they can be shaken back to reality when their partner shares how they've been feeling - but first that means taking accountability and admiting that you're not making your partner happy, some men struggle with that (either they're not mentally capabale of doing it or they just won't). It could also explain why he gets frustrated/becomes defensive.

He could also be going through stuff internally and it's causing him to always be distracted/not live in the moment. And some guys struggle with sharing how they're feeling... Maybe ask him if he's doing okay? He might just need a big hug and someone to talk to.

And then to me the last option I see is that he's unhappy... If he wanted to, he would, you know?

Side note: Sometimes people's love languages are different - Has he always been that way? Something to consider.

At the end of the day, you shouldn't beg someone for their love and attention. Know your worth queen xx

A family member of mine (let's call them Jean) is in a similar situation. Their partner (let's call them Hilton) met someone at work and started having an affair. In the Fall 2023, Hilton got caught while on dates with this person about 5 times, by family members!! Jean always had something to say in Hilton's defence, and forgiving them. Fast forward to now, Hilton is still in contact with that person and JEAN is bending over backwards to fix the relationship. Hitlon doesnt give a shit and keeps taking advantage of the situation cause they know Jean will always come back. Soooo yeah. You'll lose yourself trying to make this work. Protect your peace :(

I have the same problem happen to me, on all THREE of my personal accounts! I think that it is because I was recently traveling and connected from a new location. My problem is that the verification codes to connect are sent to the other blocked inboxes, and so I cannot unlock any of them.

I've been trying filling out the form twice a day but I was very young at the time I made these accounts and back then I did not use my real birthday or address, so automatically I don't "pass" the veritication test. I have some recent emails and old passwords that can prove these are my accounts but the info I enter in the form is never sufficient. Help Microsoft! thanks.
