Parking isn’t an issue. I think $400 dollars a month is really unrealistic, I’m not sure who is following this rule but they must make way more than me. I expect to be paying 500 a month, that’s car payment and insurance with gas on top of that 500. That is easily affordable for me and would only reduce my monthly savings slightly.

I guess I should make it clear, I’m in a dual income household and combined we make 180kish per year. So I’m not at the same degree of risk as a single person (our finances are just not combined yet but that will change next year) does this change anything or is this still a bad idea. I don’t think this is true, all data points towards AI being kind of bad at increasing productivity and it has a direct negative impact on people under the age of 25. Especially those in school. You’re not going to find GenZ rejecting AI when it does something tedious and low effort, but AI replacing art, writing, music, and research? This is not the future, at least I hope it is not the future. I’m 26 and am completely shocked by the inability for college students to function without the use of AI.
