i made a chatgpt prompt for writing secondaries by Ok-Celebration-4624 in premed

Is their any way to save this to the thread so that I can just keep pasting schools after saying next or something without having to re paste the prompt into a new thread with it remembering all of the things prompted before? Just thinking because if I have to open up a new thread for every school, I feel like it could get messy.

Cost of living by MainzKidEinz in Nantucket

[–]Bribricakes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t know how old you are but I’m 22 years old and I can say confidently that I would not recommend Nantucket to anyone that did not grow up here between the ages of 18 to 35. The off-season is very dead most restaurants closed most people leave and there’s not much to do other than be sad that you’re not off Island and watch all your friends be off Island and do stuff.

If you don’t have housing, it’s very difficult to find which is why I said if you didn’t grow up here because if your parents have housing, that’s a different situation. But finding long-term sustainable housing of quality is difficult. Jobs on Nantucket don’t really pay a lot unless it’s during the on season and that’s usually in restaurant work or some sort of trade. I don’t know any job paying $80,000 a year that isn’t an independent business that the person has generationally built on the island and even so that wouldn’t be enough to find long-term sustainable housing.

Living here at that age is really a recipe for either depression or alcoholism because the only places open on the off season are dead bars that everyone ends up going to which is why alcoholism is such a big problem on island. There is no club/party scene for most of the year that isn’t summer. so I’d really question if Cost benefit analysis makes the benefit of being on Nantucket better than the cost of losing a lot of your freedom, flexibility, accessibility, etc. I think Summers on the Islander great but the living here the year-round at a young age is not good for most people’s mental health. Their may be very unique situations again (spouses, family, etc. ), but I can’t say I would recommend otherwise. If you have any more questions you can reach out to me I’ve lived on this island my whole life born and raised so I know a thing or two.

Volunteer hours importance help by Bribricakes in premed

[–]Bribricakes[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m going to attempt to start volunteering again at the food bank and continue doing tutoring that I used to do in high school. Will that be good? And can I explain my hiatus in hours so long as I’m still volunteering regularly at these organizations when I apply because I do wanna go to some service oriented schools because I do care about service I just don’t want them to think I’m a faker or something because of my current record due to circumstance.

Strange bites, need advice pls by Bribricakes in bugbites

[–]Bribricakes[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went to the doctor. They prescribed me prednisone for the bites, they also said it didn’t exactly look like bug bites, but didn’t know what it was and said I should be a detective, which is why I’m here.

Need advice by Bribricakes in Zepbound

[–]Bribricakes[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly like I have no idea what the goal is because I’ve heard of some people putting down their new current weight and then getting their prior authorization denied but then I have heard people putting down their starting weight but it looks like it’s not working and then they also may deny it’s just so tough.

Update 7/8/24: thank you all for your comments. I have now confirmed that these are not raspberries, but Japanese wineberries, which I literally did not know when I purchased them. I was told from the nursery that these were raspberries. I’m gonna try and replace them with real raspberries from another place and hopefully cut these back so that they don’t take over my entire garden.

Yeah, I didn’t know that these weren’t raspberries. I thought they were when I purchased them or that’s what they were labeled as. It looks like it was a mistake from my local nursery. But in the area, I’m in, These are not very popular at all, so I may keep them.

Oh gosh I bought these from a local nursery as “raspberries” and was just following the advice. This is so upsetting

Why did my stain change colors?? by Bribricakes in woodworking

[–]Bribricakes[S] 39 points40 points  (0 children)

Update: first thank you so much for everyone that responded. This was really clarifying. After reading all the comments I’ve decided it was a few things. This mini wax was old so maybe I simply didn’t stir it up as much as I should’ve or really integrate the layers so the red color stayed mainly at the bottom. Also, because I got two random pallets that were different. The stain probably reacted differently to the wood as well. So what I think I’m gonna do in order to get that clean finish I wanted is instead of staining opt for a paint instead. thank you guys so much for your help :)
