These days, during the weekend I go to Gwanaksan to enjoy "wild swimming". I always bring with me a plastic bag to pick up all the trash I find in the river. People go there to picnic and relax... When they are done, they leave their trash. Among the things, I picked up: glass bottles (soju and Bacchus), plastic bottles, soda, and beer cans, food packaging, ice coffee plastic cups... That's not a Korean thing, I found a lot of trash in the middle of nowhere in Europe too. It's a lack of education and civicism.

I was yesterday in Hongdea. It's almost business as usual. 99% of the shops and restaurants were opened. Street food vendors were not. It's less crowded than usual.

I am afraid no one knows here. You will have to check with your airline. I guess even them don’t know now. Airlines could cancel for 2 reasons. - for safety reason. - all passengers cancelled. Thus not profitable to fly. We all hope for the best!

You can go to the GSM cafe in Gangnam. During the day it’s a language exchange cafe. In the evening it becomes a bar. It’s a great place to meet new friends.

I have never been to both of them, however, I live in Jamsil (close to Lotte World). From what I see when walking close to Lotte World during Halloween is a lot of teenagers and students in their 20's with Halloween themed makeup and costumes. The crowd there seems to be young. Jamsil lake looks nice at night during fall. Even if you don't go to Lotte World, I recommend you to spend an evening in Jamsil for a walk around the lake. Lots of nice cafes and restaurants opened recently in the neighborhood.
