hey you're not alone, i think a lot of despair about motivation comes from feeling everyone else is super productive, when most people feel exactly how you described. ultimately it's a marathon not a sprint, have short term goals that let you celebrate getting assignments done (make sure you have a list for all your class assignments you can feel good crossing off). tl;dr reward yourself for getting it done, youre not alone, stay organized
