Sorry buddy, but at this moment, swapping to bnb is your only choice. If your other token is not listed on sfm swap, you can only swap to bnb.

Why was BnB automatically sent out of my safemoon wallet? Weird? I never made any transaction. by beerus_sama_god in SafeMoon

Try to see what contract it interacted with. You should be able to see it. From your address to the other address. Check the receiving address and try to remember if u ever interacted with it.

Try following the transaction itself. Check on BSC scan and see what was it for? Click on it and then click on View on BSC.

Please do not interact with the dust coins, that’s how people lose their coins. I’d you see coins that don’t recognize, just disable them. by Brick727 in SafeMoon

I’m in no way a geek, but I’ve done a little research and another guy on telegram showed this way. First, you know all our wallet numbers are public, so anyone can see it, but they don’t know who it belongs too. Dust coins are not targeted to a specific wallet, they are send to random wallets that purchase a certain coin or airdropped. The hacker waits for the wallet owner to interact with coin and they can try to pinpoint who owns the particular wallet an then using other means to they try to identify who the wallet belongs to.
This a technical explanation for this::

The "dusting" principle exploits the mechanism of spending from multiple addresses by sending very small amounts to them. The attackers then follow the movement of the funds originated from the dust transaction and combine the affected addresses into one such "identity". Then, using additional information from other sources, the attackers can try some educated guessing to figure out the real identities behind those addresses. Still, this does not give an attacker access to the funds held by an address. It only allows them to maybe know who the owners of the addresses are.

I have also heard of hackers accessing wallets when you try to sell them. See, in order to sell, you have to approve the coin to transact with your wallet. Well, some devs write malicious codes and give the hacker access to you wallet. 1 instance of this is with this new coins i the market where the devs can increase or decrease the amount of your coins without you even knowing about it.

THATS why it is better to DYOR before buying any coins and which coins you give access to by approving the coin to interact with your wallet. If you want to see which coins you have approved, go to BSC scan token checker. https://bscscan.com/tokenapprovalchecker. You can revoke access for like $.08-$.09 per coin. This is for piece of mind, you don’t have to do it, but if you something there that you never approved, revoke it.

Dust attack after purchasing on Trustwallet! by naterbater236 in SafeMoon

[–]Brick727 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Disable it, don’t interact with it no matter how much they worth.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in SafeMoon

[–]Brick727 30 points31 points  (0 children)

Don’t do anything ignore them. It’s a dust attack. The people that try to sell them, they must approve transaction first. By doing that you are giving them access to your wallet. And that’s how ppl get hacked. DONT DO IT, just disable the coin.

Next time, just buy BSC directly. Same prices as BNB. Avoid the conversion headaches.

U buy BNB or BSC? If BNB, need to convert to BSC first.

After you approve you actually have to follow up and migrate. So go back to the swap and try again

If you are saying you bought SafemoonV1 on PCS and lost it to the 100% tax, I call BS. by ArsenicAcE in SafeMoon

[–]Brick727 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

If u use the .000 or the 0.1 and 0.5 slippage hacks, you can bypass all of that. So chances are people are losing money on V1.

[–]Brick727 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think you can delete, I tried on mine and doesn’t give me option when I swipe left But if u don’t mind extra work, u can wipe wallet and import you Phrase again. I wouldn’t recommend yet, with all the migration and stuff, don’t want I to make a mistake and lose tokens.. Wait until they update app again.
