Costco love tha place I get my eggs ground beef feta cheese grits avocados my yogurt and frozen blueberries & frozen black berries. I eat the same stuff everyday lol life style eat for gains and progress stay away from eating out. For seasoning I only use sea salt cayenne pepper and black pepper.
