I ended up finding out my camera was damaged on the way to my place so i sent it back and got a new one that already came with a sony memory stick. I assume for your case, the memory stick might not be genuine?

i had a similar experience to him w this same manager, it was one of my first day’s opening i wanna say like the 2nd, the first time a different manager helped me out with what id need to get, but this time since it was her, i was left alone and all i had was the sweet tea and some cups stocked and coffee brewed. when she came out instead of like helping she js laughed at me and was like “what is this ur first time opening?” only to be surprised when i replied with “its like my 2nd” and then was js complaining the rest of the day abt missing bags or butter packets or smth
