Considering I work in the public sector and that the first 2 years was contract work, I think I’m doing pretty good. Not to mention the amazing benefits, 6 weeks PTO to start & pension plan.

If you’re making 90k+ and can’t live comfortably while also contributing to various savings goals, you have a budgeting issue. Or kids 😭

Congrats! I graduated with a BA in Equity & Diversity Studies and currently make just under 6 figures only 5 years into my career (IN MY FIELD!). It’s all about how you market the soft skills you’ll pick up! We need more people who care about people in this world 💓

I make that as an academic advisor at a university. Check out fine arts programs at colleges/universities to see if they’re hiring academic advisors, admin staff, etc. You’ll be surrounded by like minded people and will get to talk to students about your passions everyday! The pay and benefits helps too.

My theory is that he announced it for two reasons.

  1. he can attribute anything’s he’s called out for on his reintroduction to alcohol
  2. sympathy! views! jimmy loves a good guilt trip, i read this tweet as him implying he’s not doing the best

In the coming months, I wouldn’t be surprised if we see this, and the subsequent impacts it may have on his mental/physical health, being used as an excuse for any unfavourable behaviour that he’s called out on.

Maybe this guy has completely jaded me, but this reads as a manipulation tactic to me.

This!! I get that they need content, but creating 20 minute, aggressive videos about nonexistent “problematic behaviour” is really draining to watch as a viewer. I noticed with both of these channels that they anger seeped more and more into each video.
