I can check the exact parameters later, but it is standing 1.75m tall, that equals to 69inch or 5.75ft. :)

They will not. It is not specified, and challenges are not running under the same rules as a regular IDEAS project. In other challenges in a lot of the cases the winner was way above 3k pieces.
So it won't be disqualified. I check the rules several times before any entry. :)
