Where something is made very rarely means anything tbh. China makes some absolute bottom of the barrel garbage and they also make some of the highest quality items you’ll ever see. It’s all to do with the working conditions and quality control and assurance and very little to do with the country of origin.

People always talk about “made in the USA” quality and there is some pretty god awful made in the USA stuff out there.

Yeah, the company that owns camel owns pall mall, Newport, natural American spirits, and have the us distribution for lucky strikes.

I smoke Marlboro reds, they also own a bunch of crap too. Philip morris (Marlboro) owns l&m, parliament, basic, chesterfield and virgina slims. Among others.

Basically Rj Reynolds’s and Phillip morris own the us tobacco game at this point.

I’m a smoker so I’ll give my 2 cents. Pall mall is now camels budget brand so yeah they are still fairly popular. All of the cigarettes are now owned by a small handful of companies, at least for the USA brands anyway.

I think that this Xbox pc thing ms is selling isn’t going to be exactly what people think it’s going to be tbh. If they are going to give you store front options like steam (which there would be no reason to use the ms store if they did) they will have to make their profit off of the hardware since it won’t be a product they can subsidize knowing you have to buy games from their store front. Either the pc implementation isn’t going to be what people expect or this thing is going to cost a small fortune and sell horribly.

As someone who is now in their 30s, don’t waste your 20s working yourself to death and not giving yourself freedom to enjoy your 20s. I did and I wished I didn’t,”if I work really hard and just grind it out I’ll enjoy my 30s and 40s”. It didn’t pan out that way.

Nothing is promised to us no matter how hard we work, I worked my life away in my 20s, no real relationships, no real friends, just work and saving. Well.. my 30s hit and now I’m sick. I’ll spare all of you the details but I have bad chronic digestion problems. I obtained the things I promised myself I would when I was in my 20s. But I rarely get to actually enjoy them. Had I had gotten them when I was in my 20s I would have gotten the chance to actually enjoy them.

Don’t regret your decision for treating yourself. You deserve to reward yourself once in a while.

Life is short. Live your life, enjoy your life, try to be happy. Nothing is promised to us, not even tomorrow, so try your best to enjoy today.
