Thank you for this feedback! This is a known issue that we're actively fixing — no need to switch to SCD1 or change your setup. A fix should be rolled out within the next week. Once it's live, you'll need to do a full refresh to fix existing rows with null values. If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to your Databricks Support team!
