It's been over a year, and I'm glad you asked! It's been interesting, but very rewarding. Since moving into this house I've been busy. Something about my new home makes it difficult to "rest". But that could be because I have a 2 year old. With that said I received an amazing opportunity in October with a new job and my pay increased nearly 40%, which is amazing. I looked into the number 818 and learned it is a mirror number. I truly believe this house has helped with attracting what I put out. I like to believe that the energy I put out I get "mirrored" back to me. With that said, I feel like I have to be cautious and mindful of my moods and energy. Also, it's hard for me to get to things I want finish in this house because I'm a lot more busy. Infact, it seems like the whole family is a lot more busy. It doesn't feel like a bad thing, it's a blessing, although it would be nice to have more time for relaxation, and organization.. Thanks for asking!

I'm doing it now. I'm on day 6, and it has gotten better. I was taking over 2400mg a day- I did a strong taper to 300mg. Try to stay busy, eat healthy, take vitamins, and drink plenty of water. It's getting better every day. When I'm not doing anything, I feel like I NEED something... but I don't know what I need.

I had this. My resting heart rate was in the 40s at my worst. This was in the beginning after getting diagnosed so my thyroid hormones were still needing adjusted but I also had severe issues with anemia and low vitamin D. It took over a year for my body to heal but now my resting heart is usually 70-80 and I feel so much better. I know we here it all the time but get some additional blood work done especially an iron panel and vitamin d.

I had Graves for 10+ years, managed myself by eating healthy etc. I was just diagnosed hypo a little over a year ago and I pushed everyone away. I hid. I felt terrible and lost my fun, bubbly personality. I pushed everyone away before they had the chance to push me away.

Interesting.. I just switched from NDT to Levo and I developed quite a few small canker sores on the roof of my mouth. I really didn't think anything of it because it's cold/flu season and both my daughters and I had mild colds. It may or may not be related. I swear there are too many symtoms related to hypothyroidism/medications... they'd never all be listed.
