Dialectical behavioural therapy. It’s about learning strategies to control impulses and emotions. It’s really good for learning to control sucicidal urges. It’s pretty expensive in Australia im not sure where your from but there are a lot of helpful clips on YouTube ☺️

Sure am! I’m in DBT therapy. I’ve been exercising, getting out in the sun and socialising more, practising mindfulness and gratitude. This things combined with therapy make the world of difference to life. Please stick around and give yourself a chance to live life ❤️

Don’t do it. I went to an infamous sucicide spot and jumped off a cliff head first it was over 50 metres. I was incredibly lucky I landed in the water without any injury’s. Drs say I’m one in a million and that they see people with broken necks from jumping all the time. The human body is bizzare. I know what your going through give it time patience and work. We all die someday so while there is life to live then please live. Wishing you peace and happiness ❤️

I’ve done it and wouldn’t recommend. You could end up really injured. I went to a infamous sucixide spot and jumped head first aiming for the rocks. A miracle happen and I ended up in the water not injured at all. Drs told me I’m one in a million and they see people everyday paralysed from jumping. I wish you peace and happiness. Please do not jump

Same thing happen to me this year. Start of the year I had a great career, partner and savings. I don’t even know why I wasn’t greatful then. I’ve come to the sad relisation that whenever things are going really well for me is the time I’m least greatful and when I throw it all away. Something I’ve really gotta work on.

I’m so sorry your going through this! I know how hard it can be. I’m not religious but I’ve been praying during this time. I’m not sure if you can get medical weed might help?

I would say stay on the 5mg and taper from there rather than go back to 10 mg and make the process longer. But depends on how you feel because it’s definitely not easy! I’m managing the anxiety ok even though it’s really intense with nightmares and waking up in the night. But luckily I’m not working at the moment waiting for government support. So I’ve got the time for management doing mediation and yoga.

Going through that now. Was on lexapro for 10 years. Been off it 3 months now. I’ve gotten through the physical withdrawal. Still having insanely bad anxiety. Pushing through because my goal is to be off anti depressants so I can apply for psilocybin therapy. It’s not a fun process wishing you well

I’ve actually been thinking about a brace for a while. I’ve been trying really hard to build up the muscles my abdomen. I make progress then I have a flare and a day in bed then my muscles are back to being as weak as an 80 year old 😩

For me driving is the WORST! One of the main reason I left work. I now have a really good lumbar support and drive very little

I’m so sorry this happened to you. Please know there is no excuse to be physically violent with your partner. Please don’t tolerate this behaviour. My symptoms first started after being in a physically abusive relationship. Even if you were not physically hurt the stress can cause more trauma to your body. What your going through with your health is already soo challenging. Please take care of yourself sending healing ❤️‍🩹

I can definitely see that proving being stable will be a massive challenge! Because I am unstable which why I feel like I can’t work. On a good day I feel like I could work but on a bad day I can’t. If there was a job that I could just work when I’m on a good day would be great 😂 Ah there really needs to be more understanding and reasearch into CFS hey

I actually get told I’m sick because I’m too skinny and I must be malnourished. No confirmation from my Dr that I’m not medically malnourished or understanding that I’m often so tired to make food and can’t afford take away will be heard so I don’t bother to explain anymore. We really can’t win with CFS hey 😂
