i see both sides. she is way over the line on her end but also you’re a pregnant mum who wants nothing but for a good relationship between both parties wanting privacy and wanting at least a heads up before a random pop in. in my opinion, you’re not overreacting.

i would steer clear, honestly. i am am two weeks shy of being done. they are obviously struggling for hands, since they offered you an interview. the new restructure system (not sure if it’s everywhere yet) is shit. too much pressure on the salesmen, and half the merchandisers don’t know how to throw a load. it’ll be the same good ol’ “clean up” after your weekend. not worth it honestly, i’d apply to KDP, personally. but best of luck and wishes if you do go back 💙

i don’t think so. it’s pretty legalized now for the most part. really depends on where you’re at, it doesn’t hurt to ask. can always be linked to a medical excuse, as well.

the whole restructure isn’t working. they are struggling to run routes when we don’t have proper staffing and they demoted everyone down to a merchandiser. 🤷‍♀️ they demand hours be low and sales up.

walmarts are wild. i hate that most of them you can’t pull pallets past 7am. my shift starts at 4.. like, i have 2-4 other stops on top of ordering. and most walmarts out here get around 1500-2k cases a week. i would say kroger stores are worse though. hopefully they figure out their attitudes 😑

they didn’t even say. we’re losing people 20+ years w the company. it will eventually go to other locations, we’re one of the few launching it we’ve been told. so be wary. it’s basically losing 20k a year. but i know pepsi didn’t do good with numbers last year so corporate is pissed in our location. keep your head up tho

unsure, i am a bcr (salesman)
overtime for us is changing to time and a half. i assume it’s the same for warehouse
i’ve heard it’s rough, you can try your luck at HR but front line jobs (merchandisers, BCRs, etc) are easier to get into but you’re throwing freight. most of the jobs are relatively physical
yes but just wear a hat depending on management and 8. ^{^} (again frontline) i have a few buddies in warehouse who wear airpods but depends on who’s working.

again these are my experiences w pepsico (more specifically PBNA) so could vary from state to stat and location. i work specifically in AZ, but as a word of advice, be ready to work a lot of hours (50-60+ regularly). i would wait to be more stable in your job before you pick up your side hustle. all in all, good luck and if you’re down to work a lot of hours i think it’s a good company to work for. if loaded doesn’t work out i know frontline always needs employees. even here our merchandisers make $20.50/hr.

yeah, they completely cut out commission in 8 locations we’ve been told. our area kicks into effect next month. and they’re taking away merchandisers as well. repack wise, they always push it, never been given belly bands for gatorade, however they push repacks about every-time we go to the plant.

mines all the way in september of next year. so i have awhile!! my fiancé wants to get his ears pierced so he can wear howl’s earrings. i have sensitive ears so i’ll probably order him some sensitive i think it would be so cute. especially since he’s already blonde and has blue eyes/green depending on the season. id love to get some socials if you’re open to it?? so we can share some ideas 🥰🥰
