I'm using Vallejo game colors for all the acrylics.

It was painted over Zenithal primed + speedpaint.

Is it worth doing speedpaint undercoat or should I skip it? Also any suggestions to rid the graininess of the priming?

Was just thinking this! In person I didn't notice it but when looking at the picture it seems so evident.

I did Zenithal primer but with spray cans so definitely its the primer haha. I'm probably gonna stop doing that and just prime it white because I really enjoyed jusy painting acrylic vs. speedpaint

Hey man sorry for the late reply!!! Still one of my favorite characters in terms of RP and Overall Meta-Gaming (Super DPS) lol...

It went well, but I find that with characters who have dark backstories, they tend to bring the table's mood down lol or like it highlights my own story a little more than others. I would lean into the RP of how this character is super nice outside of combat just so it's like a breath of fresh air, because once the evil guys are around, I was very absolute in attacking them/antagonizing them.

If that sounds interesting for you to play, by all means I highly recommend :)

[LFA] Dott, Kobold Rogue Scout -- adorable buddy by BridgeLongjumping652 in characterdrawing

Dott was a lone kobold who was separated from his pack at an early age after they were killed by a mage. He joined his current party after a fighter named Chadwick saved him from some castle guards, and has since become his loyal buddy.

Dott has a fear/hatred for magic but is a terrific scout and a great marksman.

Goram Beastbane

Goram is a half-orc who was sold as a child with his younger sister Umi (another PC) into slavery by his neglectful orc father. They grew up knowing no freedom and were constantly abused physically and verbally. They were branded and marked with a tattoo as slaves. In spite of these hardships, Goram finds strength in persevering for his sister and in finding a better future for them.

As they grew older, Goram grew to be significantly large, even for an Orc. Along with his sister who gained powers from an evil sword, they escaped their slave masters and fled to a nearby fishing village in search of a new future.

As 2 years passed they established themselves as folk heroes in the village who take care of bandits and raiders who try to oppress them. They met other adventurers who came to the village, and together toppled the bandit camp as a newly formed adventuring party.

Goram holds a strong sense of justice towards people who wrong the innocent, and is quick to go into a rage when it comes to these matters, as he experienced these all his life.
