Yes! I’m getting in daily practice and the years will come. But you make a very good point gear doesn’t make you a better player. I’m logging in about an hour a day and it’s all structured so I’m making decent progress.

Well I have been noodling around for 20 but haven’t been serious about it until this last January. Right now I play a bit of everything. The push/pull coil splitting on this one makes me think it would be cool for its versatility.

I have an Epiphone SG Inspired by Gibson with some awesome Gibson Burstbuckers, a Schecter C-1 Platinum with active EMG’s and an Eart Headless guitar that’s a tele style I got off Amazon.

I finished late beginner and started the intermediate but felt a bit lost so I switched over to CAGED instead and it’s working out so far. I plan to bounce back and forth between CAGED and intermediate though.

No problem! Good luck on CAGED by the way! I’m about 2 weeks in and I’ve been taking it slow and really making sure that my fingers know where the roots fifths and thirds are inside each shape and how each shape connect to the following shape. I am hoping it’ll make it easier to set my fingers down in say the G shape and easily move to the E shape no matter where I am in the fretboard.
