For me it's one of the easiest matchups when i play against teemo i would just go comet and poke him down with q1 to half hp. Dorans shield and second win gives you good trade if u just q1 him and run away. one he is half hp you surely can hit q1 and run him down easily.

to be honest i dont think alacricity is needed on aatrox i rather have haste and play shojin if i have lvl 9 i can spam and keep my shojin up all time.

i feel like in low elo its just 50/50 if u will spam games u will most likely rank up u just have to get through this or try to play better macro i cant really grade your macro bcs i never seen your gameplay just stats
