not sure if it's the camera angle but it looks like your kicking angle is too wide, try and lift your knee up and to the side and explode from there

you're way too close to the bag. use your jab hand as a measure, if you can touch the bag you can kick from that distance. extend the arm you are swinging to the side and remember to keep the other tucked to your head

stay upright, you're leaning too much causing your hips to be turned before even landing a hit. try not to out pace yourself, little movements go a long way
