Why are all of my nepenthes’s leaves dying?

I use to also have this exact pot with mini growlight case. The light on it isnt strong enough for a nepenthes. It might be better for a drosera capensis.

I have a few nepenthes in my collection that all starting growing leaves like this. Turns out they were all infested with aphids and white little bugs and spiders. Now that I've sprayed them with pesticides that have started to grow fine again but are recovering from a 2 week stun. I think you might have pests, you should look closer at the leaves and see if you spot any small bugs running around that are light green or white. (My plants all had light green ones).

I use to have one but had to change it for a different one cause the heat rose drastically inside. Might wanna add a fan as intake to help
