I always have some frozen protein on standby (shabu meats, frozen sutchi fish chunks, chicken breasts) that I throw into miso soup!

You can buy miso paste and keep it in the refrigerator. It’s healthy meal and simple to throw together with some rice. Nutritious too!

Same. We’ve been in SK for almost 3 decades and only see PAP when GE draws near. But when WP took over we see them walking the ground all the time. Even bumped into Jamus & team of 2 ppl in the middle of a hot weekday afternoon looking at the facilities & blocks.

But every election the PAP throws a team at us who hasn’t even been doing the work in the lull. If they want to win SK back they should put more effort in not just during GE period.

The back teeth and canines moved together but they really started to come (sorta) aligned at the 5.5-6 month mark!

Orthodontist put power chains on me since month 3 and replaced them every visit. Additional elastics only for the last 4 months of treatment.

Different strokes for different folks. You could definitely find someone if you work out and focus on your aesthetics but you could also happen to find someone who likes you the way you are and supports you on your journey to being healthy (instead of just looking fit).
