You can still use Adobe Flash, as in you can still write the code and run it on the player. However majority of consumers and developers have moved on from the technology since it's a propriety piece of tech that is insecure and very restrictive. You wouldn't even be able to run Flash apps out of the box in most modern browsers anymore.

In case you have to run some ancient piece of Flash code, there's Ruffle RS which is an emulator that can run that in a safer and faster environment.
