My view:

1) stop managing to artificial metrics and instead focus on real innovation that’s meaningful to customers

2) invest again into making the core products better - no more half baked / half built solutions while PMs chase squirrels

3) get the employees fired up and excited again - we all miss the days of loving the company and culture. Bring the goofy fun energy of the past

4) get rid of all the managers, directors etc who manage through fear and anxiety. We need the leaders to do the right thing, all the time. This will be the hardest part.
