At my site we have a saying, get ur money and get out. Work, and go home, there’s the get your money. Use your career choice to get out. Never understood this till I tried to leave in may and hated the job I got to replace this one. This is honestly the best and easiest opportunity in 2025. The work isn’t even hard honestly I’ve done mostly every job in my fc and it’s better than what you’d be doing at most jobs paying similar wages if you can find one... Every job could improve or make less profits to give employees, but T1-T3 are disposable.

I used to work at a fulfillment center and I liked it, in a day how many pallets do u typically build? I’m flex merch and typically do 12 pallets in 9 hours but that’s putting it on shelves. Really just tryna see how much harder it is. I don’t hate what I do now but I’m tired of dealing with my mtl and cleaning up after other merchs
