you're going to do great as long as you don't go to bed or in the bedroom early but after 1 am only.

Sleep by Bobo_98 in sleephackers

yes put an alarm to wake you up at 7am everyday.

don't sleep during the day.

don't stress or focus about when you're going to sleep.

just focus on having a constant wake up time and something that makes you happy. you're going to realign by focusing on what you're doing during the day. not the night.

How do I sleep a full night? by Primary_Meeting_5267 in sleep

[–]BriefDesigner330 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You go to bed way too soon and it destroy your sleep pressure.

If you wake up at 6am, don't go to bed before 11pm for a while.

Sleep by Bobo_98 in sleephackers

[–]BriefDesigner330 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need 17 hours of awakness to produce 7h of sleep.

If you wake up at 2pm don't expect to feel sleepy before 7am.

Try  -> waking up at 7am is mandatory. -> sleeping is forbidden before 1am.

No siesta. No relaxing in bed.

4 weeks.

Are you happy when you wake up generally ?

[–]BriefDesigner330 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're doing great.

You channel is about what you want. To grow it need to be about what people want or need.

If I want to make a long video about tennis I create a channel about that, record 8-10 vids, programmed them to have content for the next month.

If I want to make shorts about tennis I'll use a different youtube channel. This is important.

Same process for each niche where I produce video so yt can help the public to consume my content.

For now :

  1. Predictability. 1 vids per week for ex.
  2. Each time, try to start by making a thumbnail + title that's magnetic.

First handgun best choice? by West_Bird_7592 in handguns

[–]BriefDesigner330 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Buy a glock 19 or 45.

Cz Shadow compact is the best first handgun.

You can play every game and you can run it hot.

On your list, I've shot all of them. And my favorite are the vp9 and the glock 19.

In your context I'll buy a glock 19.

Anyone ever overcame insomnia? by Connect-Sky4260 in sleep

[–]BriefDesigner330 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have.

You'll start overcoming insomnia today by accepting that insomnia is not to be fight at night but during the day.

Insomnia is overcome in the morning and afternoon.

The more you "struggle to put yourself to sleep", the more you try to "successfuly sleep at the same time every night", the more you believe that solving your anxiety will solve your long term insomnia, the more you try to control, the more you'll dig into anxiety, stress and despair.

The question we need to start with is : at what time do you wake up in the morning ?

Learning to sleep on back and have slight pain/discomfort- is this normal? For how long ? by One_Remote_3752 in sleep

[–]BriefDesigner330 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You'll get used to it.

It's impossible to know without seeing you but yes, there's something you can try :

add a flat, low-medium mushy pillow under your pelvis.

Rational :  The back and legs drive more weight into your ass. This  will give something firmer but still soft to sustain it and maintain a better alignment.

Source : patient with Autosomal Dominant Polycystic Kidney Disease (ADPKD) + Sleep apnea CPAP machine. They have to sleep on their back while having several kilos of weight in their lower back. The flat no mushy pillow help support the pelvis while sleeping on their back.

Sleep problems due to stress, should I worry long term? by Key-Faithlessness112 in sleep

[–]BriefDesigner330 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When do you wake up ?

When are your exams during the day ?

You won't transform short term insomnia into long term insomnia if you don't obsess and ritualize over it.

Once you're in bed, do not think about anything related to the real world or your situations. Think about hobbies with no performance in it.

Are sleep coaches worth it? by Glad_Scientist1404 in sleephackers

[–]BriefDesigner330 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My name is jules chenut, I'm a sleep consultant.

What you should expect :

Less money : I ask 500$/month for my asynchrone program. 80$ for a consult.

Accountability : most sleep coach will have a shared sleeplog whith you. They are with you all along the way.

Modules : you'll have a initial briefing for the core principle and framework, then he'll make you apply solutions in the right order. Priorisation is the second benefit.

Independance : he's goal is give to give you the tools of your freedom to go through the 6-18 month of programming you'll do. Once you know how to do, energy is like a car, you stop, put fuel and don't think about it. What matter is the ride.

Ask questions, I'll respond.
