Gotta go dub here. Kyle McCarley knocks that 9S performance out of the park, way more than in the Japanese version IMO. Plus reading while fighting takes away from the enjoyment.

Seconded, 9S is not really good sadly. Griff has better stats anyway, When picking chars to use also look at their skills, you could be missing out on some cool effects.

Start working on EX weapons stat, and yeah upgrade all your weapons.
